What we collect

When you ask for a free site review, we collect your email and the website address you enter. That is all the form sends us.

If you become a client and use the portal, we hold your login email and the requests, notes, and photos you send us so we can do the work.

Payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We keep simple, privacy friendly counts of which pages get visited. This is cookieless and never tracks you across other sites.

How we use it

We use your details to send your review, reply to you, and build and care for your site. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing spam. When we say one email with your report, we mean one email.

Who helps us run the service

A few trusted providers process data on our behalf, each getting only what it needs to do its job: Supabase for the database and login, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting and page analytics, and Anthropic for the AI that drafts your site review.

Cookies

This marketing site sets no tracking cookies. The client portal uses one secure cookie so you stay signed in.

How long we keep it

We keep review requests and client records while we work together and for a reasonable time after. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
